A Handwoven Passion Project by Colleen,

Navigating design, color, local yarn shops and quaint towns by the sea - one day at a time.
It all started when...
I was cleaning out my closet and stumbled upon a weaving loom that I had received as a gift when I was growing up. It was Labor Day Weekend 2013. There was a ball of yarn alongside the loom and a skinny pamphlet on "how to get started. The rest of history.
Fast forward to 2017... My love of weaving has taken a new turn. It has truly become a form of art-therapy and has provided me with an outlet for self-expression. To date I have handwoven dozens of weavings ranging in size, style, color -- each made using unique fibers sourced from local yarn shops across the U.S. and internationally.
All yarn and fibers are sourced from local yarns shops across the U.S. and internally
California: Ball & Skein & Yarn (Cambria)
Pennsylvania: Yarnphoria (Philadelphia)
Other featured yarns and fiber hail from Ireland, Uraguay, Spain, Italy, Rwanda (via the Handspun Hope Project)
